International franchises + homegrown brands

Biography
Phạm Cao Vinh (b. 1968) started in 1994 with a liquefied gas company. In 1996, pivoted to printing and packaging — building Goldsun Printing & Packaging into a Tier-1 Samsung vendor (supplying ~20% of Samsung phone packaging), plus Canon, Brother, and Coca-Cola. In 2008, entered F&B with Redsun ITI. Brought 4 international franchise brands to Vietnam first (Seoul Garden, Thai Express, Xinwang HK Cafe, Capricciosa) while developing homegrown brands: King BBQ (2011), Khao Lao, Hotpot Story, Sushi Kei. Restructured as Goldsun Food in 2019. Goldsun Food now operates 16 brands, 200+ restaurants, 6,000+ employees, serving 2.4 million customers annually — Vietnam's second-largest restaurant chain after Golden Gate.
